Weather conditions are favourable.
Traffic is dense on the roads leading to the Adriatic coast, especially on the A1 Zagreb-Ploče-Karamatići and A6 Rijeka-Zagreb motorways, on the A2 Zagreb-Macelj in direction Zagreb and A3 Bregana-Lipovac in direction Lipovac, on the A3 Zagreb bypass road towards the Lučko paytoll, on the A7 Rupa-Rijeka-Žuta Lokva motorway in both directions, on the DC1 Zagreb-Karlovac-Knin-Split state road, on the DC8 Adriatic road, at the Krk bridge as well as at the border crossings with Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro (especially in outbound direction).
A1 Zagreb-Ploče-Karamatići motorway:
-due to a traffic accident between the Demerje paytoll and Donja Zdenčina junction at 8th km in direction Dubrovnik one lane is free only - the queue is 8 km long;
-traffic is dense between the Lučko paytoll and Bosiljevo 2 junction towards the coast - there are traffic jams between the Lučko and Donja Zdenčina junctions;
-at the Lučko paytoll the queue from direction Buzin is 9 km long, traffic is heavy from direction Zagreb zapad junction and Zagreb too;
-at the Zagvozd paytoll the queue in direction Dubrovnik is 1 km long;
A2 Zagreb-Macelj motorway:
-traffic is heavy in direction Zagreb;
A3 Bregana-Lipovac motorway/A3 Zagreb bypass road:-traffic is flowing with delays on the A3 Zagreb bypass road between the Zagreb zapad and Buzin junctions towards the Lučko paytoll;
-towards the Lučko paytoll the queue from direction Buzin is 9 km long;
-between the Lipovac paytoll and Bajakovo border crossing the passenger vehicle queue in direction Serbia is 1 km long, the freight vehicle queue 7 km long;
A6 Rijeka-Zagreb motorway:
-at the Vrbovsko junction the queue in direction Rijeka is 1 km long - one lane is free only due to roadwork;
A7 Rupa-Rijeka-Žuta Lokva motorway:
-in both directions traffic is heavy;
-there are delays at the exit of Učka junction towards Istria, between the Burlica tunnel and Šmrika junction towards the island;
A8 highway in Istria:
-traffic is dense between the Učka tunnel and Učka junction in both directions;
DC1 Zagreb-Karlovac state road:
- traffic is dense in direction Karlovac, especially between Lučko and Klinča Sela;
Krk bridge (DC102):
-traffic is heavy towards the island - there are delays from the Hreljin junction (A7) towards the bridge.
During the day difficulties may occur in roadwork areas.
Drivers are invited to adjust the way of driving and the speed to road conditions and to keep distance!
Traffic restrictions:
A1 Zagreb-Ploče-Dubrovnik motorway:
-until 21 May between the Novigrad and Karlovac junctions at the Dobra viaduct 49th-48th km in direction Zagreb traffic is flowing in reduced lanes - delays should be expected;
-7 May 10pm-4am traffic is suspended between the Otočac and Perušić junctions in both directions, detour: DC52/DC50 state roads;
A3 Bregana-Lipovac motorway:
-until 9 May roadwork is in progress at the Lučko junction from direction Zagreb (Jadranska avenija) towards the Zagreb zapad junction as well as from direction Bregana towards Zagreb-jug junction/Lipovac;
-until 6 June at the Lučko junction (Kalinovo viaduct) in direction Bregana trafic is flowing in reduced lanes;
-until 1 June at the Kraljeva Velika jug (Lipovljani) rest area the parking surfaces are closed, until 10 June at the Kraljeva Velika sjever rest area;
A4 Zagreb-Goričan motorway:
-until 9 May between the Sesvete and Zagreb istok junctions 93rd-96th km one lane is free only in direction Zagreb, in direction Goričan traffic is flowing in reduced lanes;
A6 Rijeka-Zagreb motorway:
- until 15 May at the Orehovica junction traffic is suspended in the exit lane from direction Zagreb towards Trsat (Rijeka centar) detour: Čavle junction-ŽC5205-DC3-Rijeka-Rijeka istok junction (A7)-DC404-Rijeka;
-until 8 May traffic is suspended at the exit of Vrbovsko junction towards Zagreb, detour: Ravna Gora junction;
A7 Rupa-Rijeka-Žuta Lokva motorway:
-at 41st km in direction Rupa one lane is free only (driving speed limit of 40 km/h);
A8/A9 motorway in Istria:
-between the Učka tunnel and Matulji (Učka) junction there is a traffic ban on vehicles wider than 3 m and longer than 22 m in both directions;
DC1 state road:
-until 31 May traffic is closed on the section Gračac-Knin at the Stara Straža viaduct, detour for passenger traffic/vehicles up to 7,5 tonnes: Žagrović;
-until 30 April at Brnaze one lane is free only;
DC62 Ravča-Vrgorac state road:
-until 16 May traffic is closed;
DC512 Makarska-Ravča state road:
-due to rock sliding traffic is suspended on the at the Stupica tunnel towards Vrgorac.
Border crossings - Thu, 01 May 2025 12:12:42 GMT
Until 31 December 2026 at the Erdut-Bogojevo border crossing there is a traffic ban on freight vehicles exceeding 7,5 tonnes.
The Gunja-Brčko border crossing is closed for all traffic, detour: Županja-Orašje border crossing.
At the Ilok-Bačka Palanka bridge traffic is allowed for vehicles up to 24 tonnes (driving speed limit of 30 km/h).
Starting 3 Junly 2023 international traffic is possible at the Slivno-Drinovačko Brdo border crossing.
Transit freight traffic is suspended at the Tovarnik/Šid border crossing, detour: Bajakovo border crossing.
Traffic is suspended for vehicles whose maximum weight exceeds 7,5 tonnes at the Pribanjci-Vinica border crossing on the DC204 state road.
The Dvor and Vitaljina border crossings are open for pedestrians and passenger traffic only.
The border crossings for the international maritime traffic are: Umag, Pula, Mali Lošinj, Vis, Ubli and Cavtat (Book of Regulations on border crossings of the Republic of Croatia, pubblished at the Narodne novine, 2 January 2023).
Ferry traffic - Thu, 01 May 2025 12:12:42 GMT
In ferry traffic there are no difficulties. Traffic is dense at most ferry ports towards the islands.
1 May Zadar (Gaženica) - Rivanj - Sestrunj - Zverinac - Molat ferry departs at 6pm (instead at 4.30pm).
3 May Split-Vis ferry departs at 7pm (insteat at 6.30pm).

Border crossings for international maritime passenger and goods traffic are: Rijeka, Ploče, Zadar, Šibenik, Split, Dubrovnik and Raša-Bršica, for passenger traffic only: Umag, Pula, Mali Lošinj, Vis, Ubli and Cavtat (Regulation on border crossings of Republic of Croatia, pubblished at Narodne novine, 2 January 2023).

15 June-15 September there are traffic restrictions on freight vehicles heavier than 7,5 tonnes on Saturdays 4am-2pm, on Sundays noon-11pm and on holidays 3pm-11pm on the following roads:
- DC8-DC40 Bakar junction-Zadar-Split-Klek border crossing-Zaton Doli border crossing-Dubrovnik-Karasovići border crossing (except on the part DC27-Šibenik bridge-Šibenik-DC58, Bilice roundabout at Solin-Stobreč);

Traffic restrictions for transit freight vehicles through Croatia:
-For freight vehicle exceeding 7,5 tonnes there is a traffic ban on the DC414 state road from DC8-DC414 intersection to Prapratno junction as well as from Prapratno junction to Komarna junction (Pelješac bridge and its access roads).
-According to the Book of regulations for public road transit traffic, freight vehicles heavier than 7,5 tonnes without a trailer/with a trailer longer than 14 m are allowed to use the following roads:
