The apartment is newly built, situated on the ground floor. It consists of a kitchen (fully equipped with dishes, crockery, big refrigerator, gas-stove) with corner nook dining set, bathroom with shower and WC. A large bedroom enables you to relax and rest after having fun on the beach. The air condition will make sure you don't feel the high outdoor temperatures. In the afternoon the atrium invites you with its cool shade to have a meal outdoors or just to sit about in the evening enjoying the fresh air. In front of the apartment is a parking space for the guests. The apartment is equipped with SAT TV and a free WiFi is available.

Town of Punat has no industry and for this reason the sea is clean. The sea is quite shallow at the beggining and pleasantly warm, hence the beaches are popular among families with small children and elder people. Other beaches on the island are also popular and frequented.

Town of Punat is the second biggest settlement on the island. It lies on SW part of the Island of Krk wich is linked to the continent with a bridge (the famous Krčki most). Punat is 8 kms away from town of Krk and 30 kms from the Krk Bridge.

Once town of fisherman and shipyard for small boats is nowadays turistically developed, especially in navy tourism. The town is famous for lush mediterranean flora and agriculture, especially for its quality olive oil. The town owes its unique beauty to the stone mediterranean houses, squeezed together in narrow town streets.

Besides tourism, cultural activities (specially on Islet of Košljun), local culinaric and wild nature the town of Punat offers several sport activities (tennis, miniature golf, boccie, biking, diving, fishing, sailing, underwater sports...) organized excursions (by buss / boat) and other to make your holiday active. The Punat marine (800 offshore moorings and 500 places at the dock) is well known among mariners as it is one of the oldest and biggest in the Adriatic area. In the middle of the gulf Puntarska draga the Islet of Košljun invites you to explore its lush botanical garden with the monastery, built in 15^th century.
